Katra Srinagar 8 Days Explore Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Jammu (airpot/ railway station) - transfer to Katra

Upon Arrival at Jammu airpot / railway station. you will be met by our representative and drive to Katra. The distance is about 50 kms, will be covered in about 2 hours, upon arrival in Katra you will be transferred to the hotel. Katra is the starting point for the Vaishno Devi pilgrimage. Overnight in katra hotel.

Day 2: Katra day free

Today after break fast, you have full day free for leisure. Night stay at Katra hotel.

Day 3: Katra to Srinagar and Local Sightseeing

After breakfast and drive to srinagar you will visit famous Mughal Gardens - Nishat Bagh and Shalimar Bagh. These gardens are known for their stunning beauty and are a must-visit for every traveler to Srinagar. After exploring the gardens. You will then return to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

Day 4: Sonamarg Day Tour and Overnight in Srinagar

After breakfast, you will depart for a day tour to Sonamarg, also known as the "Meadow of Gold." The drive to Sonamarg is a scenic one, taking you through the Sindh Valley. Once you arrive in Sonamarg, you will visit the Thajiwas Glacier, which is a popular tourist spot. Here, you can enjoy pony rides and sledging on the snow. The glacier is surrounded by snow-capped mountains, making it a picturesque location for photography. After a day of exploring Sonamarg, you will return to Srinagar in the evening for dinner and overnight stay at your hotel.

Day 5: Srinagar to Gulmarg

After breakfast, you will depart for Gulmarg, also known as the "Meadow of Flowers." The drive to Gulmarg is a scenic one, taking you through the pine forests. Once you arrive in Gulmarg, you will visit the highest golf course in the world. You can also take a Gondola ride, which is one of the main attractions in Gulmarg. The Gondola ride takes you to the top of the mountain, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscapes. If you're interested in skiing, you can also try your hand at skiing on the snow. Night stay at Gulmarg.

Day 6: Gulmarg to Pahalgam 

After breakfast, you will depart for Pahalgam, also known as the "Valley of Shepherds." The drive to Pahalgam is a scenic one, taking you through the Lidder Valley. Once you arrive in Pahalgam, you will visit the Betaab Valley and Aru Valley, which are popular tourist spots. Here, you can enjoy pony rides and river rafting. The valleys are surrounded by snow-capped mountains, making it a picturesque location for photography. Night stay at pahalgam.

Day 7: pahalgam to Srinagar 

After breakfast, you will depart for Srinagar, here you will enjoy shikara ride on the beautiful Dal Lake. The ride will take you through the serene waters of the lake, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and landscapes . Night stay at Srinagar house boat

Day 8: Departure

After breakfast, you will check-out from your hotel and transfer to Srinagar airport for your departure flight. As you leave Srinagar, you will take with you memories of the stunning landscapes, warm hospitality, and rich culture of Kashmir.
